		<description>There must be more incentives for solar energy by the UK government. Just have a look at Germany, they have 68% penetration of solar energy. The suns radiation is about the same as the UK, but they are ahead. This is due incentives.</description>

		<description>Gordon Brown came out in the second of the TV leaders&#039; debates as a slightly surprising enthusiast for solar thermal.  He chose solar thermal over a wind turbine for his Scottish home, he explained, and seems to be very pleased with it, recommending it to anyone who is in a position to do likewise.  It&#039;s good for the UK&#039;s solar thermal companies to have some high-level endorsement.</description>
